Overview
This program focuses on the scope, quality, time and cost within a project. Participants will cover determining requirements, implementation and the monitoring of the project's progress and effectiveness.

- The importance of, and techniques related to, task definition
- The place of scope, time, quality, and cost management in the context of the project life cycle
- Scheduling activities associated with a project, to apply the agreed schedule and to assist in monitoring such activities
- How, when and why cost management processes are implemented
- The importance of the individual & contribution to the cost management process
- Project quality guidelines and instructions
- Designated standard operating procedures and regulations
- Organisation and project standards
Learning Outcomes
- Contribute to the project's scope by assisting with the identification of objectives, deliverables, constraints, assumptions and outcomes
- Apply controls once the project has commenced
- Assist with scheduling activities associated with a project, to apply the agreed schedule and assist in monitoring it
- Work with others to produce a project budget, monitor project expenditure, and contribute to cost finalisation processes
