Project Management - Human Resources and Communication Management
Overview
This program addresses the critical link between people, ideas and information at all stages in the project lifecycle. Participants will learn how to resource the project and manage the ongoing HR function, assist the project team to plan communications and facilitate information flow related to the project.

These units of competency are required units for either the Certificate IV in Project Management or the Diploma of Project Management.
