Overview

Leading and promoting improvement and innovation is a key managerial skill. Throughout this program, participants will learn the theories of innovation and continuous improvement and apply these concepts through interactive activities. Unique to this program is the inclusion of transition and people management skills and strategies that will assist in building a culture conducive to innovation and improvement.
