AIM's Advanced Diploma of Management program engages participants in highly interactive structured workshops and challenging, relevant workplace projects. The qualification provides participants with skills to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation by developing and managing the implementation of operational and tactical plans as part of the strategic and business planning process in their organisation.

Learning Time Period

Assessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports.
